Pear, Fennel & Preserved Lemon Salad

Ingredients

2 pears, sliced finely
1 fennel bulb, sliced finely
½ jar Melissa's Preserved Lemons, chopped finely
½ bottle Melissa's Pomegranate & Lemon Olive Oil Dressing
Melissa's Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Poppy seeds

Method

  1. Mix the preserved lemon, pomegranate dressing, salt and pepper.
  2. Top with poppy seeds.
  3. Dress the pears and fennel with the sauce.
Note:
Serve cold with fish or chicken.
