Ingredients

Yellow
1 banana
4 half's of Melissa's Bottled Peaches
few pieces of fresh pineapple
3 tbs double cream yoghurt
1 tbs Melissa's Raw Honey
Pink
handful of raspberries
handful of blueberries
3 tbs double cream yoghurt
2 tbs Melissa's Raw Muesli
½ cup almond milk
Green
½ avocado
½ banana
handful of kale/baby spinach
1 green apple
1 tbs Melissa's Raw Honey
2 tbs double cream yoghurt
1 tsp chai seeds

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Garnish with leftover fruit.
